With over 20 years of experience, I feel grateful to have built a career doing what I love - helping people feel their best through the art of Massage Therapy. I work with a wide range of styles and techniques, from gentle Relaxation Massage to Deep Tissue work, Cupping, and Myotherapy specific methods such as Dry Needling. Drawing on my broad knowledge and skill, I  take the time to listen and adapt each session to suit your unique needs on the day.

In addition to my clinical work, I have the privilege to also teach the Diploma of Remedial Massage at Evolve College, and offer mentoring to up and coming massage therapists.
